Trying to up-load pictures but keeps givin me an error when I push the upload tab. am I doing some thing wrong

What browser are you using? How big are the Pictures. Internet Explorer and under 4 MB are required

if they are to big copy them and paste them in Microsoft paint and resize them works great :)
