I have been getting a number of complaints from AOL users that they register as a user of the site, but never get their password in email.
AOL seems to be either blocking or moving our emails to a spam folder. I am trying to get to the bottom of this, but the problem doesn't seem to be on our end.
I am starting to even get emails from people complaining that I haven't been responsive. In fact, I have been sending emails back to your requests, but they seem to be getting lost as well.
Please request a password resend and then check your spam folders. If our messages have been going into the spam folders, please let me know.
Please email any information you think may be helpful to info@bigpumpkins.com

I am on AOL....typically Judy from Iowa, Bigpumpkin.com, and Alan Nesbitt's emails go into my spam file by AOL...all you have to do is check the folder...and click on not spam after highlighting the email and all future Alan, BP, and Judy Emails come through. I am a computer illiterate (thats why AOL). What I did is put "spam folder" in the search titlebox thingy up near "keyword"(of course Im still on AOL 6.0 too...lol)...this brought me to a page where I click on "view spam folder"..click on that and you get spam and important emails....I then put this page in "my favorites" up at the top of the list and check it every day or so....this is how a dummy does it but it works for me.....G
