Hi Ken- Our picture in the diary posted upside down. Do you know what we may have did wrong?

Pumpkineer had to set me straight, mine were coming out upside down and sideways etc. He said to make sure the button is on the right hand side when you take the picture. Every picture has come out right side up since I started doing that.

If you're holding your phone vertically you have to crop your pics afterwards so that they're roughly a square instead of a rectangle or else they'll come out sideways. If you're holding your phone horizontally, do what big moon said and hold your phone so that the bottom of your phone (when holding it vertically) is on your right side. If that doesn't work, trying cropping them to be a square.

What happens is the photo has some metadata that says what way it is oriented. When the photos are uploaded, this site strips the metadata away. This makes the photo orientation the default orientation.
