which of these seeds would you cross and grow? i've been growing pumpkins for 25 years. but in the last 9 months i've learned more about growing the giants then in my 15 years. so i would like some help
1) 1061.5 Ciliberto '01
2) 898 Knauss '01 from 1007 Brown '00 x 1048 Cox '00
3) 935 Franek '01 from 801.5 Steltz x 723 Bobier

I would cross the 1061.5 with the 935 Franek.

Since the Ciliberto seed is unproven(has not been grown), I'd wait a year on that one and cross the other 2.pumpkinpiper

Piper,
None of those have been proven. They're all 2001 seeds. I agree with Tom, the 1061.5 X 935 would probably be the best cross with the seeds you have.
