"Plant Pro Potting Soil" from Ohio Earth Food,Inc. of Hartville Ohio. Ingredients: Sphagnum peat, sharp sand, vermiculite, perlite, kelp, humate, soft rock phosphate and greensand. I file and soak seeds in warm 85degree distilled water with a drop of Neptunes liquid Kelp for 3 to 6 hours. They then are placed in 5 inch peat pots with the moist potting mix, about a half inch deep point down. (These pots are wrapped in aluminum foil and saran wrap and placed on the electric heating mat at 85 degrees about 24 hours before planting to warm the soil up). After planting, I'll then cover the top of the pot with Saran wrap again to keep the moisture in until the plant peeks through. This rarely fails me for any veggies. Have started about 20 junk pumpkin seeds this winter with this formula and have popped 19 of them. This usually takes about 5-7 days.

no....the shipping costs would not be economical, unless they came out with a smaller size. Your local Agway should carry it.
