i started 8 seeds, all the same way. 1566 rodonis, 1313 bowles, 664 liggett, 824 brunst, 748 C/P, and 3- 393 pettit. the 1566 popped up in 72hrs. the 748 came up in 94hrs, all three 393's came up in 108hrs. the temp was at 84 deg , this day 20 and ive lost the 664, 1313, 824. is this bad luck or does this sometimes happen ? ive never had germinating problems before. a seed or two yes but not all of my top seeds for a year. just wandering if this is normel ? thanks just Bill

How wet is the mix? Can you squeeze more than a few drops of water out of it

tremor, no just damp. like i said never had this much trouble starting seeds, i waited two years to get that 664 in the patch and was hoping to cross it with Dan's 1313. just hope i have better luck next season with it. i've still got one 1313 left just got to get me another 664. thanks for posting. just bill

Sorry to hear that Bill. I feel for you. Nothing worse than having your heart set on a particular seed and have it not germinate. Carl
