do i need a heating pad to start my seeds in a green house or can i get away with a heater in the green house

Zap, If the heater in the greenhouse can maintain a constant soil temp...then it's good. If not, you need something to keep the soil temp consistent!!! Peace, Wayne
PS...also in greenhouse...be prepared to ventilate on a warm sunny day!!!! Temps rise quickly!!!

zap youre better off starting them in controlled conditions inside your house.They dont need light to sprout.
