It'll be a week tomorrow since I filed and soaked seeds, and a couple are about to break out of their seedcoats. My 275, on the other hand, has very short roots only and is not showing any signs of germinating. It doesn't look rotted, but should I count it off?

I grew the 275 last year, and it was the slowest to germinate. I turned the heat up a couple of degrees and it was fine.

OK, that's encouraging. I'll give it a few more days; thanks!

I would start a back up plant, just in case.

Yeah, I started a 905 Van Hook as a backup, especially since another one of mine rotted. Think my temps may have been a bit too low.
