Did my first measurement yesterday, and, came in with a disappointing 68 inches OTT on my first pumpkin.Took radical measures, and, removed 3 newly pollinated pumpkins, and, also stopped the plant growing further, by burying the growing ends. I,ve still got 3 other pumpkins on the plant, and, will remove another next week if necessary.
