We have the first female about 9ft out. The plant is producing normal male flowers this year and so is the back up plant.
I know on the larger plants there is some debate about how far out to pollinate and number of sides. I wonder if on these smaller plants that doesn’t matter as much as regardless of where pollination occurs, the plant will fill the entire 250 sq ft plot.
