I added 16 tons concrete sand evenly to the outside patch then tilled it into my clay soil.
I will then added 5 yards leaf compost
2 yards mushroom compost and planted Kodiak Mustard
In about 6 weeks After I till the mustard in, I will do another soil sample. Add more of what is needed than plant annual rye or cereal rye (I haven’t decided yet)
This is the outside patch one of the 1783’s will be grown in next year
I will do the same thing to the greenhouse in two weeks when I pull the other two pumpkins.
